Executed a technology-enabled market mapping exercise with field promoters. The locations of counters were geo-tagged along with critical information such as shop size, products on display, monthly turnover, catalogues available, and photographs. Live data was segmented based on potential : Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Further, templatised VM designs were created using modular elements.
