Job Title: Manager – Commerical Sales

About the Role
As the Commercial Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by selling our print & packaging solutions (or your industry’s products/services) into business customers. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account expansion — ensuring clients derive maximum business value and we achieve profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target and develop new business opportunities in the commercial / B2B market.
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients to maximise retention, repeat business and upsell potential.
- Present, demonstrate and promote our products & services to business clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs and industry developments; provide insights and feedback for strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to define and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns and product positioning.
- Provide outstanding client service: respond to enquiries, support order processing, ensure smooth delivery & follow-up, address issues proactively.
- Maintain knowledge of product features, industry standards and stay updated on developments in the print & packaging (or relevant) industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven track record of commercial/B2B sales success (ideally in print & packaging / manufacturing / industrial solutions).
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to engage decision-makers at business/management level.
- Excellent negotiation, deal-closing capabilities and conviction to meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time-management, organisation and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of print & packaging materials/processes (or relevant industry) is a plus.
