Job Summary

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end client coordination for retail branding and in‑store branding projects. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and execution partners to ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality project delivery across multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Account Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client branding requirements, briefs, and expectations
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal job instructions
  • Maintain strong long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑ups
  • Handle client queries, revisions, and escalations professionally

Project Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams for retail branding rollouts
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution schedules
  • Ensure accuracy of artwork, quantities, sizes, and branding guidelines
  • Coordinate PAN‑India or multi‑location store executions
  • Monitor execution quality and compliance with approved designs

Vendor & Internal Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, and installers
  • Ensure timely material dispatch and installation readiness
  • Liaise with internal teams for costing, billing, and documentation
  • Track daily execution status and share updates with clients

Costing, Documentation & Billing Support

  • Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and cost sheets
  • Ensure POs are received before execution
  • Support billing team with execution reports, photos, and completion data
  • Ensure all documents are properly maintained for audits and references

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare execution reports, trackers, and MIS sheets
  • Share daily / weekly project status reports with clients and management
  • Maintain record of store‑wise execution photographs and data

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of retail branding materials and in‑store execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Experience in retail branding / activation / BTL / visual merchandising agencies
  • Exposure to PAN‑India retail rollouts is an advantage
